The YKWA Board would like to invite you to participate in this year’s general assembly.
Date and time: 3rd December 2016 at 3 pm
Location: Berlin, at the office of Pathways Public Health, Neustädtische Kirchstraße 6, 10117 Berlin.
Please register by mail by contacting board@ykwa.org
The general assembly will elect the board for the next two years, will approve the report and accounts, and will plan activities for the upcoming years.
Agenda:
- Report by the Board, review on activities in 2015 and 2016
- Approval of protocol of the General Assembly in 2015
- Approval of financial report and appointment of auditors
- Election of the new Board
- Planning of activities in 2017
If you are interested in being elected to the Board please contact us, stating for which position you would like to be elected for and the reasons for your candidature. The Board consists of a chairman, a deputy chairman, treasurer, secretary and two assessors.
