We are pleased to invite you for this year’s YKW Alumni Conference:

Venue: Clare College, Cambridge

Date: 17 to 20 September 2015

Fee: 200 Euro for Members of YKWA e.V., 250 Euros for network members  (application for membership can be found on our website)

The fee includes accommodation at Clare College facilities, meals and coffee at Clare College. It does not include drinks, travel expenses or dinner on Saturday evening as well as any other costs that may occur during your stay.

Please register by using this template but only do so only if you are really able to attend!!

This is how it works:

1) Please register until Friday 24 July 2015.
2) After registration you’ll receive a provisional approval of participation and all payment details as well as deadline for payment.
3) After correct payment in time you will receive an approval of participation.

Please note the following:

If the transaction is not processed in time we will consider the next person on the waiting list.
Payment is not refunded whether you participate or not.
